Like the dish, this refill is crafted with care, infusing every detail with meaning and craftsmanship.
Thoughtfully Handcrafted Unlike regular refills that are bound with staples, this one is hand-sewn using marine blue French linen thread, chosen to match the screen-printed cover. Each notebook contains 92 pages and is designed to open perfectly flat, making it easy to write or sketch on every part of the page.
Cohesive Design Elements From the dot grid to the endpapers, every element of this refill is printed in a matching blue, creating a seamless look throughout. It also comes with a unique sardine charm, a nod to the ‘espeto’ that inspired this edition. Each cover is printed using screen printing techniques, with the design created from hand-carved linoleum stamps, making every notebook one of a kind.
